WiFi Switch Policy
Tulsa Rocketry recognizes the value that wifi switches bring to rocketry, but wants to clarify how they should be used at our launches. Effective 2/18/22, the following rules are in place at our launches and apply to other remote arming electronics in addition to wifi enabled switches.
Wifi switches must remain powered off until the rocket is at the pad and pointed in a safe direction at which time they may be powered on. The only exemption for wifi switches is if they control non-pyrotechnic electronics such as trackers. Altimeters that control pyrotechnics may only be powered on and armed once the rocket is in firing position.
Liability Waiver
Tulsa Rocketry has a Liability Waiver form for flyers. Please fill out one prior to the launch. Liability waivers are good for one year from date of signature.
